Unpakk Appraisal — launched
Decode your appraisal letter. Enter old CTC and new CTC — see a side-by-side breakdown of where the hike actually went: take-home, tax, PF, or just inflated CTC components. Quick 2-field mode for fast checks, expandable structure fields for precision.
Unpakk Negotiate — launched
Generate negotiation scripts for three scenarios: counter-offer, salary raise, and notice period buyout. Each scenario produces a ready-to-send email with your real numbers baked in. Copy to clipboard, customize, send.
Unpakk Freelance — launched
Compare salaried vs freelance/consulting paths. Covers 44ADA and 44AD presumptive schemes, GST registration thresholds, advance tax schedule, hidden costs (health insurance, no PF, no paid leave), and a breakeven calculator that tells you the exact billing rate where going independent beats your current CTC.
Unpakk Equity — launched
